Our Inspection Services are based on our extensive experience in Home Inspection and Maintenance.
A standard Home Inspection visit will require:
- Access to all of the Homes interior and exterior spaces, we will enter and exit the property on several occassions during the Inspection.
- Active Utility Connections, including; Water, Sewer, Electrical and Gas services (If used).
- Access to Interior Electrical Distribution Panels
- An average 3-4 Bedroom dwelling will require approximately 4 hours to complete the inspection.
- Presence of the owner or authorized representative to allow access and to remain on site during the inspection.
- The owner/representative should provide notice of any known safety hazards on the property. Animals should be leashed or restrained during the visit, we open and close doors and are not responsible for lost pets.
- Access to the Roof, we bring our own ladders, and to the Attic Interior (Installed Trap Doors and Access Ladders must be Safe and Operable).
- Access to sub-floor crawl spaces when present.
- We expect to physically operate and use all installed appliances, includng; Ovens, Microwaves, Garbage Disposal, Compactors, Dishwashers, In Tub whirlpool/Jacuzzi, Faucets, Showers, Water Heaters, Lighting, Fans, Washing Machines and Dryers, and any installed appliances which are assets of the Home.
